This is Winter, a four year old Great Pyrenees, who lives in White Haven, PA. Her Mom, Linny, says she is a very serious dog and extremely devoted to her family and their well being. She loves the outdoors and the snow and always asks to go out because she gets cookies (for being a good dog). She also loves to sleep in their bed where she takes up three quarters of it. She loves people and attention and is very gentle. Her family adores her and only has good things to say about this gentle giant.

Dubie is a 33 year paint gelding who lives in the pasture next door, so, in the way of horses, he is part of our herd and our mares are part of his. They all chat daily and keep close track of the neighbor part of the herd. Dubie lived with his original people Dave and Sue for 30 years and then came to live with my neighbor Brenda so he could give rides to her young children and their friends in his retirement. He adores his pasture mate Figi (last month's horse of the month). I see them thundering around over there. She keeps him young and he keeps her out of trouble. It is such a delight to be a part of these elderly horses' lives, both my old ladies and Dubie, watch them interact with each other and the day to day projects they all have (pawing all the water out of the water trough or chasing each other through the trees). Audrey is an 11 year old long haired torby polydactal (extra toes). She lives with my daughter Sarah. Sarah tried to leash train her but when you put the harness on her she just collapses on the floor. You can pull her along the floor, she likes that, but she won't walk. So Sarah jokes that she is taking her cat for a drag. Audrey is very charming when in her own home but when she comes to visit she is very combative and we call her the Velociraptor. She is the most amazing mix of colors, a wash of tan, orange, browns with orange stripes and brown stripes and she has a very soft coat.
